Feedback post on Keyline design

This page should be renamed and reworked to be about LID planning and design within top of bank buffer zones and/or the best practice of subsoiling in directions perpendicular to ground slope (contour tillage) as a means of creating more absorbent landscapes. Terminology used is agricultural, but should be stormwater management and landscaping terms instead.
