This progressive approach ensures that ESC strategies evolve alongside the project’s design and that regulatory requirements are addressed at each stage. The permits and approvals required for an urban construction project are dictated by relevant legislation as well as project and site-specific circumstances. Early consultation with regulatory agencies is encouraged in order to allow time for any necessary permits and approvals to be issued.
