Hi! I'm Bill. I am a Senior Water Resources Specialist working within Credit Valley Conservation (CVC’s) Integrated Water Management Team on projects related to low impact development (LID) implementation and support, Integrated Asset Management (IAM), life cycle costing, LID training and more.

I love what I do and I am passionate when it comes to balancing the protection of the environment with human needs. I believe that, as an engineer, it is possible to use the tools of our profession to achieve this balance. Thanks for checking out our wiki-based LID Planning and Design Guide, produced in partnership between TRCA, LSRCA and CVC. We hope you and your colleagues find it to be a useful resource and we welcome any feedback and comments you care to leave. Thanks!
