To assist with the pre-development determination of site-specific water balance values, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) have developed the Toronto Region Source Protection Area (TRSPA) web-based application tool that provides precipitation, evapotranspiration (actual), runoff, and recharge based on outputs from the numerical models developed under the Drinking Water Source Protection Program.
