The Ontario Ministry of Transportation has a short summary of some common hydraulic and hydrologic models.[1]

For inter-disciplinary work relating to LID, the free LID Treatment Train Tool offers a graphical user interface for EPA SWMM5.1 which can support discussions on site planning for stormwater management. See Low Impact Development Treatment Train Tool for additional links.
